• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, browsing histories, search queries, or user credentials.
• No Tracking or Telemetry: The Extension does not contain analytics tools, tracking pixels, ads, or telemetry libraries.
• Local Session Caching: School ratings fetched during your active browsing session are cached in your browser's local memory and sessionStorage to prevent duplicate network calls. This cache stays on your device and is never sent to external servers.

3. Permissions and Usage

The Extension requests access strictly to:

Why this permission is needed: When you browse property listings or interact with map pins on Redfin, the extension queries Redfin's internal detail endpoints on demand to fetch publicly available school and district ratings (Elementary, Middle, High) and displays them on the property cards.

4. Remote Code and Security

The Extension strictly complies with Chrome Web Store Manifest V3 guidelines. All script execution occurs locally within the packaged extension files. The Extension contains no remotely hosted code, eval() calls, or external script injections.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates directly with Redfin's servers using your current browser session to retrieve public MLS school information. We do not operate intermediate proxy servers or third-party databases.
